My experience with Mr. Casimiro was quite impressive, in that he was highly knowledgeable of residential building codes on part of builders to meet established standards. His professional and people skills were exemplary, coupled with punctuality on performing the inspection and thoroughness in writing his report. His performance both personally and professionally easily met my standards and expectations: which are quite higher than the average individual's being a retired military officer and former manager.

I felt it strange the seller of a home I had placed an offer on requested a shorter option period. I needed to get an inspection done quickly. Inspect-a-home provided me with a fast appointment, excellent customer service, and a quality report in 24hrs that revealed the house had a termite infestation, organic growth, and required roof and water heater replacement to say the least.
